Here is the agenda for tomorrows council meeting:

1. Roll call

2. Discussion on mgorny’s items [1]
2a. the 'file installation masks' GLEP
2b. fixing USE_EXPAND handling in Portage
2c. QA issues with sys-devel/gcc USE=multislot
2d. renaming LÍNGUAS to I18N or L18N
2e. USE=gui to enable optional graphical UI

3. Open bugs with council involvement [2]

4. Open floor

Note: The council is aware that mgorny withdrew his items and will
consider whether or not to honour his request to withdraw them.  The
council respectfully asks of the community that, if items are to be
withdrawn, that they be withdrawn for technical reason, and not for
social effect, aka "drama".
