Oh, I wasn't aware of this decision. And I can confirm that I agree
with the decision taken in the meeting and so that it addresses my item.

Unfortunatetly, it doesn't looks like it was addressed and/or clarified
in the glep-0076.rst document by looking at the git history.[3]

Okay, wasn't sure of the policy regarding legal names as it quite
depends between something you can use for administrative purposes and
something like a identity document like a passport.
So might be a good idea to clarify this one to be sure that people are
going to use the right one.
