Otherwise, the Foundation takes on all the legal and financial risk and gets nothing for it. An affirmation from the two parties is not a binding contract. I would support one if it was equitable and enforceable, i.e. not GLEP 39. If the relationship is reduced to business, then the Council should offer something in return. --NU0Ex4SbNnrxsi6C Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: Digital signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQIzBAEBCAAdFiEEgIn+0tMDW9PQWDLnASQOlFA54XAFAlrK7noACgkQASQOlFA5 4XA+Aw//Waj0Zdwnrgew+bNR0PRd3PfWwJjKr+dXZWW1CSbcFQsAHT+gzvpuuZmm moTc6llvPalQ7MkiDJKZag7XWFeuYmnNpAFljKoHHi80zttjEgJoTn0PW/vi+Tmt L/8arl3tnwqYbkmtn0nv6F6h6IkN5LiaI4EXXddooR+cqK+bJnmOfbH8FwE8yhAH 4q27C6fieGhrQLuB0o9O+65i2ZUNPg82r3mkHlcQo7E9Z3/AVqiYBRJ2MOs0de2/ DkCUCPWsfk+H4BW6JJRjTfVgrzEK9MJ4jsF7njb4zvUmrVt49/zjvvc1cLIbCxAj WvvjFpak6v+4SmLFKabBBTRgnwmpKcUHNpfcjkbOtzTYt7twwhdCPuOr9W/Q7ajp rFNOqNZHCSKjxSla3XvJtH3PR/HH87MYd7KNpP2WgbQTH3OCaWeD+4rM81WRiWP+ 3aYjumpYHq2ZbutGj1oygm3LWpRttF3h8tUuFzKri5JonGTbsmmS4MLovpwHU8t9 YSbUZXPEykBgi+S8XCftCJXlamu/IxZ2Vh6udhGVS4SBYbE0kHVIfQn98TWsyLtQ JHSjLG+g4d7PpHnGfsGkHJtyFVrz0OOjinn2JAJzsxie5XDgAk4EsDo9qpZX9veG J7vXjeK4KPPW8dpRx5JAC+30oHYQ2nSlM4mxWPK4416K2jHaBKo= =jx+u -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --NU0Ex4SbNnrxsi6C--
