I think we moved away from the wiki page because it made it very
difficult to discuss modifications.  A wiki is easy to modify.  It is
hard to compose modifications without actually modifying the live
page.

I'd expect future changes to end up in git, until the GLEP is finally
approved/etc.

The wiki that was updated is our agenda, not the copyright policy
proposal itself.
