Let's add two more votes, following inspiration by Patrick:

- "EAPI 1 is long deprecated and now banned. Repoman should refuse committing 
an EAPI 1 ebuild."
- "EAPI 2 is long deprecated and now banned. Repoman should refuse committing 
an EAPI 2 ebuild."
