Good evening,

The draft agenda for next week's council meeting is as follows:
 * Roll call (5 minutes; anyone later will be given a slacker mark)
 * Vote on whether to make Manifest signing mandatory (proposed by bonsaikitten)
 * Review open bugs with council involvement
 * Open floor - listen to the community

I recall Patrick sending something like this, but I can't find the
thread any more.  Do you mind posting a pointer?  I could only find

If the above post is the one that brought up this agenda point, I'd like
to see the policies proposed before voting on anything.
