- Bugzilla migration to Hyves-provided servers. Includes fully-redundant
  web boxes now (previously only the DBs were redundant).
- New Gentoo services bot. The previous Jeeves was heavily tied via
  direct MySQL to bugzilla, and it's replacement "Willikins" now uses
  public HTTP access to Bugzilla, and is fully open-source. All of the
  other Gentoo-specific functionality is in the gentoo-rbot plugin.
