The issues of the original copyright policy as approved belonged in the specific threads prior to its approval. If you failed to raise your voice in those threads, you have only yourself to blame. If you expressed it and it wasn't considered justified, then I'm sorry but that's all. This thread is merely about a specific wording change addressing specific issue. If you have anything to add regarding this change or the issue in question, please say it. If you don't, then please stop hijacking this thread. If you really believe the wider aspect of pseudonymous developers needs being discussed again, please start a separate thread on that topic and/or prepare a GLEP update for review.
