I'm a little confused about why you're complaining here. The PR project has no connection to the #gentoo-uk IRC channel, apart from both being Gentoo-related. PR also has no power to regulate some IRC channel, which appears to be the thing to which you appeal in your e-mail. Moreover, I have no clue what you're talking about, apart from what you just said about it. Nor do I have any desire to learn more. If you'd like some help resolving your dispute, try contacting ombudsman@gentoo.org. Alternately, work with whoever's banning you to come to a better understanding.
