hi folks,
i have a very reproducable problem with esd. after sleep (ibook), its blocking /dev/dsp and not killable at all. killing its parent, makes init father of esd.
how to get rid of the process without rebooting or doing init $single_user?
or at least, hot to unlock /dev/dsp, ignoring the zombie?
regards,
[alex]
