alien failed for me last night on a dependancy (recent dpkg I believe), I
think this one might need a bit of further testing, but thanks :)

Is this a ppc specific problem? I'm using alien mainly as a "better"
rpm2targz. But there appear to be problems building debs, like
Package build failed. Here's the log:
dh_testdir
make: dh_testdir: Command not found
make: *** [build] Error 127
Neither do I know what that means, nor would I need to build debs.
But I can safely say that the same error appears on x86. 8)
Cheers,
n.
