Hello developers,

I just merged the masked net-irc/quirc/quirc-0.9.83-r1.ebuild. It 
merged properly and has been working well for me.

I used these CFLAGs:
-O3 -pipe -mcpu=750 -mpowerpc-gfxopt -fsigned-char -funroll-loops 
-fomit-frame-pointer

If there's anything else I should have included, feel free to ask for 
it.

It would be good to also include the output of "emerge info" (no
quotes), so we know your environment, etc
