[gentoo-portage-dev] Porting portage for solaris

Hi,

I hope this is the right place to be asking this, and if it isn't I 
apologize in advance.  I am interested in porting the Gentoo Protage for Sun 
Solaris.  Would someone be so kind and point the in the right direction?

I'm not sure where to start, but I have built Solaris packages from Open 
Source projects.
