This is released in portage-2.1.10.21 and 2.2.0_alpha61, so please go
ahead and test the "manifest-hashes = SHA256 SHA512 WHIRLPOOL" setting
in metadata/layout.conf, which we can deploy after
>=sys-apps/portage-2.1.10.21 is stable.
