Both for our sake and in order to attract new developers, I think we
need to make sure our Wiki stuff is nice.

I have updated our main Wiki substantially:

Please make sure the information is correct and useful, and please
offer improvements if you have any ideas.

The Membership wiki is somewhat outdated/obtuse, and I'd like to add a
low-hanging fruit section to the Ongoing-TODO, and brush it up to
reflect the new release.

I have wibbled the Membership article[0]. In the process I have also
slightly wibbled some of your roles on the main article[1].

If everyone could please ensure that they have the correct roles, and
that my description of them are good, that would be wonderful. (This
probably especially applies to you, Brian.) Please feel free to
improve anything else too, of course.

Zac, Michał, & Mike (& Pavel, but he's on devaway and I haven't heard
from him in a while): could you please replace "member" with something
more tangible? I know it is an annoying task, but please do it anyway.

I modified the Tools developer section.  I made it for the
internal portage tools like emaint, repoman...
this member page is for portage itself.

tools-portage is a subproject of portage and has it's own wiki page,
etc..


You missed "Core" for the core package manager code, resolver, etc...

I added that and set Zac's role to Core.

I wibbled the ongoing-todo-list[0] slightly. We should add any
long-standing bugs to the "specific bugs" list, and we should try to
come up with some low-hanging fruit to attract newcomers.
