Using my own profile I get this for teh recent *eselect move:
gentoo64-server ~ # emerge -aNDuv world
[ebuild N ] app-eselect/eselect-python-20111108
[ebuild N ] app-eselect/eselect-ctags-1.18
[ebuild N ] app-eselect/eselect-opengl-1.2.7
[ebuild N ] app-eselect/eselect-lib-bin-symlink-0.1.1
[ebuild N ] app-eselect/eselect-mesa-0.0.10
[ebuild N ] app-eselect/eselect-emacs-1.18
[ebuild N ] app-eselect/eselect-pinentry-0.4
[ebuild U ] sys-apps/man-pages-3.81 [3.79] USE="nls" LINGUAS="-da -de -fr -it -ja -nl -pl -ro -ru -zh_CN"
[ebuild U ] dev-libs/libtasn1-4.4 [4.2] USE="-doc -static-libs" ABI_X86="(64) -32 (-x32)"
[ebuild N ] app-eselect/eselect-fontconfig-1.1
Would you like to merge these packages? [Yes/No]
There is no notation of these having moved.

I figured gentoo64-server would inherit the package move from
gentoo:default/linux/amd64/13.0 ?
portage: v2.2.18

Unfortunately, it is not possible to do a package move in an atomic
way with CVS, so there was some time window where both old
app-admin/eselect-* and new app-eselect/eselect-* packages were in
the tree simultaneously.
It should be all set now, so please resync and try again.
