OK, I've done an initial weeding of this list and taken out the obvious
"we wouldn't be a distro without these" packaged. The following list are
those ebuilds in dev-perl that are never depended on by another package.
I did do a quick scan of ChangeLog's, following up on referenced bugs.
Please let me know if there is anything here that should justifiably be
removed (the goal is to remove some of the cruft in dev-perl and get it
down to stuff that is actually needed). Thanks kids!

I can't tell from the CVS logs why it was originally added, but I had
hoped to eventually get VCP support into the dev-util/svk package.

The dev-perl/VCP-autrijus package is a dep of the (currently missing)
dev-perl/VCP-Dest-svk, which gives SVK the ability to mirror CVS and
other foreign repositories.

I'm okay with maintaining these two packages in my overlay if the
decision is made to remove VCP-autrijus, but there's no harm in
asking. :)

CC'ing kang, since he's the svk maintainer.

fwiw, i'm ok with keeping it too :) The list was originally just to
point that we had 80+ ebuilds in dev-perl that were not deps of anything
(and therefore candidates for the "why can't g-cpan handle these
instead?" line of thinking). Unfortunately my grasp of the english
language failed me when sending it and what I ended up with "here list.
me kick."

For example, there were a number of ebuilds that were added to support
incoming packages that never actually made it incoming (most of those
had bug numbers attached to them).
