Personally I think we're too small of a team to necessitate sub- 
projects like this. This being said, I don't see any problem  
deferring to kito on this issue, since he is the one with the  
knowledge on this subject.

Kito - I would love to get involved with the prefix work. Further, I  
completely agree with you that this is a priority. The reasons I  
haven't to date are as follows:

(1) limited time due to college + ongoing interviews
(2) no idea of how to get involved with it.
(3) the feeling that I would not be particularly useful in this area.

This being said, if you can roll out a todo list and a minimal readme  
for getting this type of setup running, I would love to be involved  
with it. I warn you ahead of time that my python knowledge is non- 
existant.
