Wiki/list of pros, cons, issues, how they're addressed, etc. Would avoid an actual glep at this point for the container for this information ... too easy for someone to miss the giant "this is a work in progress and not yet proposed" disclaimers, and trigger a bit of unneeded flaming. Plus... wiki style pages allow us to refine/nail down the seperate chunks, and pull it all together in the end. ~harring
