Hey, thanks but unfortunately I'm not a foundation member (forgot most
likely?) so to my understanding can't run. And I'm not too good with
this "legal-type" of text I fear.

Which brings me to nominate ulm instead.

Thank you very much, but I must decline. My status as a civil servant
in Germany doesn't allow me any activity in an organ of a corporation.
