Gentoo Linux is run by the Foundation, controls gentoo.org, owns or controls all Gentoo infrastructure, etc. However, you can of course fork the project and then work outside the scope of the Foundation, since it is free software. I would actually recommend this approach as the in-fighting is getting a little ridiculous, don't you think? Time is better spent developing. If you don't like how the project is run, start your own project. But don't just hang around being disruptive and argumentative. -Daniel
