This was brought to my attention and given the language used it
concerns me. It seems like the council does not trust the trustees.
In particular the mention of the phrase "(dys)function", as well as
the terms in the section d) at the bottom of the linked message above.
With the above in mind, would the trustees please continue their
diligence at improving the situation.
