In accordance with bylaw 5.6 zlg has stepped down as a Trustee.
In accordance with bylaw 5.11 I am calling a meeting to discuss our next
steps. Specifically I am looking to fill the vaccancy in accordance
with bylaw 5.7.
The time and place of the meeting are at Saturday December 23, 2200 UTC
in the #gentoo-trustees channel on the Freenode IRC network

I will do my best to present for the meeting.
For the public record, from my existing appointment as Assistant
Treasurer, I will accept an appointment of Treasurer, but will decline
any invitation to rejoin as a trustee at this time (and it's not a
requirement to be Treasurer)
