I am close to ready to send the RFP out for review to hire a firm to handle
the finances.

 - Filing our 990 and handling backtaxes.
 - Potentially filing for tax-exempt status.
 - Ongoing accounting and bookkeeping services.

Also, we need a list of firms to send this RFP to; does anyone have ideas
as to whom we might pitch?

Page 1, right column, 4th line from the bottom: "open source tool
book-keeping tool" looks like there's a tool too many.

Page 2, right column: Whitespace in heading "6 Contacting Gentoo
Foundation" looks awkward.

I'm bad a latex, but I changed it to just read "Contacting Gentoo" and it
appears to render better.

Committed to the rfp repo and pushed to my devspace.
