I agree -- can we at least start somewhere, and get a EOY 2017 account
balance up on the wiki? That would take 5 minutes. I think that would do a
lot to restore confidence. The others should be added as time permits. I
would strongly suggest working backwards, from "current" -> 2017 -> 2016,
etc. Please do not wait for the perfect accountant to show up to generate a
report -- transparency first, then correct as necessary. Make a good-faith
effort.

I second the motion.

I would like to see annual financial statements, at least an income
statement and a balance sheet in compliance with GAAP as laid down by
the FASB.

That said I don't want the job to be rushed.  As long as there's a
footnote that the recordkeeping or whatever is in flux.

I would also like to make a motion to have all future financial
reports document the foundation's status, both an income statement and
a balance sheet.

Well, I suggest rushing an effort to get an EOY 2017 balance statement out,
which should take all of 5 minutes, just to make sure that the Foundation
is being transparent with its members, and then would say get the 2017 done
in a reasonable time frame, and work on the others from there.

It's important to get *something* public soon as it has been too long since
there's been any kind of official financial statement.

Yes, I want it to be on the agenda, and if not available for the first
meeting, to be on the agenda until it is presented.
