Yes.=20 More complex answer. For a bricks and mortar company, the AGM would=20 be held with voters present in the room, so notice of the AGM and record date would be the same. Assembling in New Mexico or voting for trustees in IRC is inconvenient=20 for a lot of members, so we have an extended electronic election. The=20 10-60 days notice applies to the recording date too but its a set of=20 different dates as the voting is moved out of the AGM. The vote for=20 trustees formally being a part of the AGM. It follows that this applies to all votes of members for all meetings of members where the voting and meeting are decoupled in this way. =20 --=20 Regards, Roy Bamford (Neddyseagoon) a member of elections gentoo-ops forum-mods arm64= --=-+5Vr/d5pLQynI1r1uGNf Content-Type: application/pgp-signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQEzBAABCAAdFiEEsOrcx0gZrrCMwJzo/xJODTqpeT4FAl0Yd10ACgkQ/xJODTqp eT7/cAf+MK91V2HHzMI5BvvKHm8jYDH6HZp+f60wDdJPC1MxYSbJp+tWbJG3ewCF 6o8Hi+SwNFqFIQZAIMFhOxDD5XnNytAO0S2EanCkW5ILaq4fGT2CsgOJ675PUojT 6Zz2pwogjMPuQe9PsdKmBl/HpRLy12uXhb8eXozPfziIHvaskLhlhKGLfrLXmWiP oRE8jmERwB6poAyWWWGLxdMHfjafPPQ6px0jQQ+RVWryJuBBA7ZvWJ3cfG/e4wHJ gvovjEzcKVffDhLoXYhv+Aq+vTNBMdeR+wZK2H/Crxdp0RzztC/ctN0jH6o8OyZI EXuxwKz8tUUk4yNC77JdlFP+vLuO7w== =xE3p -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-+5Vr/d5pLQynI1r1uGNf--
