I think it would be a good idea.  The closest ppl to San Fran (I believe) are 
you, myself, and Deedra.

I'll be attending something similar at the end of this month, so it would be 
good for someone else to go.  If someone wants to go they can figure out what 
the costs would be.  Given that travel costs are involved, I don't think the 
proximity of the 3 of us to S.F. really matters (you can probably get a cross 
country flight as cheap as a PDX flight)
