Hello everyone,
please remove rsync9.de.gentoo.org (193.218.127.252) from the round robin.
Our internet connection isn't suitable any more for hosting such a service.
I'm glad we could help over the past years. We'll be back, should we manage
to upgrade the line to something decent at some point.
