I have setup bosnian gentoo mirror few months ago. Addresses are:

ftp://mirror.bih.net.ba/gentoo
http://mirror.bih.net.ba/gentoo

rsync://mirror.bih.net.ba/gentoo-portage

or

rsync://rsync1.ba.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage in rsync.ba.gentoo.org in  
rotation.

When will it be listed on gentoo mirrors web page?

This is already in as an official mirror. We don't have a listing of all
our rsync mirrors hence you're not listed.

When you give the info asked for in
https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=133676

There was no response on your side, hence the bug was marked RESOLVED
NEEDINFO. We do expect admins to respond to bugs in a reasonable amount
of time.
