[gentoo-mirrors] rsync18.de temporarily down

Hi folks,

rsync18.de is temporarily w/o network access. Please remove it from the 
mirror rotation until I fixed it. I'll have a look this afternoon (about 
15:00 UTC).

Thanks for the info. Please do file a bug (for records) when you have
time, I've removed rsync18.de off rotation for now.

Hi Shyam,

I just filed the bug and as I already resolved the problem declared it 
as fixed.

You can also put rsync18.de back into the rotation.

Thanks! In the future, please leave the bug open so I can close it after
I re-add you into the rotation. That way, it makes sure that I don't
miss anything.
