[gentoo-mirrors] 129.89.70.108: rsync timing out

The rsync mirror 129.89.70.108 is timing out for me, just wanted to pass this 
along. I think it is in the us pool.

That mirror has been down for months. (I am the admin)

I created a request to have it removed and it was filled at that time, it 
shouldn't be in any rotation.

Hey guys,

Sorry about not picking up on that one, I've been subconciously trying
to weed out the continent.gentoo.org rotations in favor of country.g.o
rotations.

I have removed that mirror.
