Hi,
rsync1.de.gentoo.org is out of sync and thus rsync11.de as well
because rsync1 is the source.
Should I change the sync-source for rsync11? Temporary I just synced
from rsync3.de...

Alex, rsync11.de.gentoo.org should be syncing from rsync1.us.gentoo.org
every 30 minutes. This is the private rsync source for official
gentoo-portage mirrors.
