Subject: [gentoo-laptop] suspend and kicker
Date: Thu, 19 Jul 2007 16:18:04 +1000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <469F021C.7050104@burnieanglican.org.au> (raw)
G'day all,
I'm having a bit of problem with resuming after a suspend2 hibernate.
Everything comes back on quite normally - except that the kicker bar in
KDE isn't appearing.
At the moment my work around is to run kicker from CLI - but the problem
is that it hangs soon after running it. I have to kill -9 the process
and then re-run kicker again to get it working normally.
Has anyone else had this problem / got a fix?
Ta.
W.
