Subject: [gentoo-laptop] acpi freezes after resume
Date: Fri, 02 Mar 2007 18:19:09 -0500	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1172877550.1371.20.camel@bong.greenbuzz.net> (raw)

Hi,

I have a Thinkpad T41. I have acpi listening for the lid and going to
sleep. That part works fine, however, when I open the lid, it seems OK
for about a minute then things start to freeze one by one. The hard
drive light starts going crazy, and that is it. The only thing that
works after that is if I hold down the power button for a while and it
shuts off completely.

I have acpi listening for the ad adapter, and that works fine.

Anybody know what this could be? Is there something in conflict with
something else?

Thanks
rick
