of the fbsplash kernel patch.

- Fixed fb_set_cmap() and fb_set_user_cmap().
- Removed matroxfb's dependency on FB_TILEBLITTING (the driver doesn't
yet support tileblitting anyway, so it was kind of pointless and was
only preventing fbsplash from working properly).
