Any idea's where? Just a additional note, as my changes have moved the
location of the xml-rewrite-3.py file, there will be a eclass patch at
some point :)

Well, so it is installed! Having a brief look at the java code and
accompanying build-xml-source-target.xslt file, it looks like an
application that adds source and target attributes to javac, xjavac,
javac.preset and javadoc elements. Well actually to be more general it
seems to apply any xslt to a xml file....
Seeing that it doesn't work, no one must be using it...
