No, I'm talking about this:

 =1.4.1 ->  =1.4
 =1.4.2 ->  =1.4
 =1.4*  ->  =1.4
>=1.4.1 -> >=1.4
>=1.4.2 -> >=1.4

(basically killing everything after '4' and dropping 1.4.1 and 1.4.2)

I don't see us killing 1.4 anytime soon - it's still widely used (especially in
enterprise environments).
