[gentoo-java] eclipse and netbeans bug

I seem to remember vagly that eclipse and netbeans were to be assigned to
java@g.o as opposed to dev-tools@g.o

Is this correct or was I dreaming?

For quite a while they used to have dev-tools in metadata. Now they have
  both.

Which means we share it these days. Bugs can be assigned to either, but
likely only those involved with the Java project/team are going to
resolve or work bug.
