[gentoo-java] split-ant version 1.7.0 merged into tree

Finally, it's been moved from the overlay to main tree. Currently
package.masked and only ~x86, pending keywording from other arches. If
you want to try it, you can find the package.unmask list attached to the
bug [1]. More info about split-ant is at [2]. The split-ant-overlay
should no longer be used. If you had used it, you can leave the packages
installed, the in-tree version hasn't changed since then. As for the
non-ant packages in the overlay ("migrated" to use ANT_TASKS etc), they
will be downgraded to the in-tree version after you stop using the
overlay. That's fine.
