Like I said... the eclass was renamed, and hence, the old eclass,
java-ant, is no longer around. That's the cause of the problem. You have
to create an empty one to unmerge it. Like I suggested:

# touch /usr/portage/eclass/java-ant.eclass

That will create an empty eclass for you.
