[gentoo-java] new Java system

For those that haven't noticed already, the new Java system has been
unmasked since yesterday :-D

Please, test, test, test, so we can work out all the bugs.

I also have a request... for people familar with the system, please help
out in #gentoo-java. We are getting a steady stream of users trying to
upgrade, and are having problems usually related to having used 1.5 in
the past. It is probably too much for me to be the only one helping,
particular when I'm working on switching our ebuilds over to the new
system. So, any help would be super appreciated.

Two other things:

1) You can stop using migration-overlay, since it is now in the tree ;)

2) In addition to #gentoo-java, it'd be cool to watch out in other user
facing places, like #gentoo and the forums. The faster we can spread the
knowledge, the better off we'll be.

I'm still not sure exactly what you're asking or what the problem is...

But now, java-experimental-overlay is not what was merged into portage.
It is the new way of handling Java, as in eclasses, java-config, etc,
which allows us to unmask Java 1.5.

As for [masked], I'm pretty sure that means you're using stable keyword,
and they are marked testing, ie x86 versus ~x86.
