Anyway you can fix it by deleting the digest files e.g: rm /usr/local/overlays/java -migration-packages/dev-java/jboss-module-webservice/Manifest rm -rf /usr/local/overlays/java-migration-packages/dev-java/jboss-module-webservice/files and running new digest, like: ebuild /usr/local/overlays/java-migration-packages/dev-java/jboss-module-webservice/jboss- module-webservice-4.0.2.ebuild digest This worked here.
