Last rites for www-servers/jetty

Java Gen 1 ebuild, needs to be migrated and bumped to latest stable
version. Binary ebuild that has many open bugs and is outdated. Not to
mention some recent security issues. No maintainer or anyone interested
in maintaining it.

Work on bumping it to the latest version, and unbundling packaged deps
was underway in java-experimental overlay. Long ago, there is a
contributor looking to package it, and work there MIGHT be committed to
java-experimental overlay.

Unless their is a compelling reason to keep in tree, it's going to be
removed in 30 days. It will be moved the java junkyard overlay. In case
someone still needs it.
