[gentoo-java] Attention Netbeaners, 5.5 is in ~arch

Calling all Netbeaners. After a bit of time, and now that it is finally
released. Netbeans 5.5 is in portage for ~amd64 and ~x86.

Thanks goes to Alistair Bush (ali_bush) and Miroslav Šulc (fordfrog) for
putting in the final effort to actually get things working. Much less
revision bumps and etc, from beta -> rc -> release.

Also for those addicts out there. Miroslav Šulc has moved on to working
on 6.0 and that is in the java-migration-overlay.

So emerge and develop away. If you have any problems or issues. You can
either forward it to the list, hit us up on irc #gentoo-java @
freenode.net, or file a bug.

Thanks again to all contributors, including Petteri Räty (betelgeuse)
who is helping out with final QA of ebuild and the license mess at this
time. Might be some -r of the ebuild in the near future.
