[gentoo-embedded] Status of GTK+ in Gentoo?

Hi guys,

I am having trouble unmasking >dev-glibs-1.x. I keep getting "masked  
by: profile". I keep getting:

!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy ">=dev-libs/glib-2.10.1" have been  
masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your  
request:
- dev-libs/glib-2.10.3 (masked by: profile)
- dev-libs/glib-2.10.2 (masked by: profile, ~x86 keyword)

This is what I have in /etc/portage:

linus ~ # grep glib /etc/portage/*
/etc/portage/package.keywords:~dev-libs/glib-2.10.3 *-
/etc/portage/package.unmask:=dev-libs/glib-2.10.3
/etc/portage/package.use~:sys-libs/glibc userlocales

So, me thinks that it shouldn't be masked anymore, right?

Also, does anybody know what the status of GTK+ on DirectFB is? Will  
we ever see that in Gentoo?

that's because glib-2 requires locale/iconv support which doesnt work atm
