Hi all,

Have anybody tried to use emerge from scratchbox? does it work ok with fakeroot?

I want to try compiling several packages from scratchbox, that
probably requires installing stage1/2/3 first. However there are no
prebuild stages for arm-softfloat-linux-gnuebai. I wonder, how can I
create a stage1 for an unsupported toolchain?

i havent had time to look into EABI yet ... you will for sure need the very
latest glibc (2.4-rX) and gcc (4.1.1-rX) ebuilds in the tree

use crossdev to create the toolchain and then ROOT to `emerge system` ... then
nfsroot that from your target board
