I'm building a thinclient solution with embedded gentoo for the Via Eden
platform but I'm a bit stuck with
getting the graphics to work.

How do I get the package xorg-server to build?

!!! ERROR: media-libs/mesa-6.3.1.1-r3 failed.

Why is this file missing when building Mesa??
In file included from clientattrib.c:38:
glxclient.h:59:25: GL/glxproto.h: No such file or directory

The package is clearly not happy here!
make[3]: Leaving directory `/var/tmp/portage/mesa-6.3.1.1-r3/work/Mesa-
6.3.1.1/src/glx/x11' <http://6.3.1.1/src/glx/x11'>
make[2]: *** [subdirs] Error 1

Can I skip building Mesa somehow?

Cheers,
Chris
