They are sampling now. It looks like TI is going to limit distribution on the A-15 OMAP chip to a few select vendors. So I'm looking at other vendors, such as Samsung to source the A-15 chips from...... If anybody has a better angle on acquiring A-15 based chips or SOC, please drop me a line.
