Hi!
I've finished updating the tarball of stage3-uclibc-hardened-2005.1.
It is finished, because i was always making emerge --resume
--skipfirst, because more or less 50% of the packages give error when
they were being unpacked or during compilation (even gcc-4.1.1).
Is this a known problem? A bad chosen profile maybe?
Besides that, i noticed that for a lite tarball, it had a lot of
applications. Is there a clean way of installing only the necessary
applications for compiling a system? Maybe bootstrapping could be the
case? (emerge system already installs a lot of software...)
Thanks for the help
P.S.: Is it planned a 2006.1 release of the uclibc hardened tarballs?
