Subject: [gentoo-embedded] ebuilds failing during autoconf

I am running into situations where certain packages fail to build due
to an error during autoconf. They all have the same error which is
below.

***** autoconf *****
***** PWD: /var/tmp/portage/dev-util/ragel-6.7-r1/work/ragel-6.7
***** autoconf --force

configure:2032: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_MSW_RESULT
If this token and others are legitimate, please use
m4_pattern_allow.
      See the Autoconf documentation.

I already posted 2 bug reports, but I want to reach out to see has
anyone ran into this while building on the RPI3?

Thanks!
Herminio
